cupcake整得多~~不過擠到玫瑰花咁我就唔識~~見到佢又開班, 雖然係灣仔都報名學下~~今次又係得3人連埋我, 正~~小班教學~~又係ken sir 教~~
原來今日整既cupcake係鬆餅底~~正啊~~muffin 好食d~~我喜歡佢外脆內軟既口感~~今次係用預拌粉整~~嘩~~超簡單~~每人有12個cupcake 拎走~~係小個裝~今次整左2隻口味~
分別係: 朱古力同藍莓~
好快咁焗好個base就要準備cream~~係呢度焗出來係靚d~~自己試過焗幾次都爆晒出來~原因太貪心~~每杯7-8分滿就可以啦~~
好啦~到整個topping~~原來都係用buttercream~~唔係鮮忌簾~~所以唔洗放雪櫃可以放到3-5天~~同埋buttercream學擠花會易d~~
ken sir教左幾種唔同既手法~~原來都唔係咁難~但如果要擠得靚~~要慢慢練~~
我地今日用呢個5爪唧嘴~
呢d 係我既作品~~粉紅色cream係加左玫瑰香油~~綠色就係班蘭香油~~就算唧得唔靚之後可以加點彩珠整靚佢~~
再來個close up~~~也不錯吧~~都幾好玩啊~~送人一流啊~~外邊買要20-30蚊一個咁貴~~自己製比較化算呢~~
