呢個係我既製成品~~~因為我係用左手既~~所以手勢有d 唔同~~好似大紅花多過玫瑰~~算啦~~係花就得啦

一直都想整有紫薯既食譜~~不過上網搵左好耐又無心水~~見到一個baking workshop有呢款紫薯立體蛋糕~~於是就報名試下啦~~

咁啱是老公生日的前一天~~那索性成為我為佢做既生日蛋糕~~

間野係荔枝角~~都幾難搵~~係工廈裡面~~都係有門市可以買烘焙野~~當天報既班係星級導師教既~~都幾貴要$380~~(我諗住可以係立體所需要既技巧要好多...應該會貴d)

去到遲左10分鐘左右~~今晚呢班好多人....應該有10幾人...可能係常客學所以好多學員都好熟會協助阿sir 咁~~不過我發覺佢同我之前係二德惠學有d唔同~~佢係無咩教打發cream既技巧~~

佢係一次過幫我地打晒d 淡忌簾等既材料~~會問下學會想唔想試~~但係咁多學員又點可以個個試到~~好在我之前學過幾堂都識整~~萬萬估唔到佢係用杏霜做個cream~~oh my god~~我老公至唔鍾意~~不過佢話得杏霜最夾~~但真係好古怪囉~~紫薯wor~~佢個蛋糕係朱古力蛋糕~~咁因為學員太多~~所以都唔係好聽到阿sir 講咩~~佢係用kitchen aid 來打架~~~多人就咩都問唔到~~成個過程都唔知係度做緊咩~~可能人多就係咁~~我都係習慣人少開心d~~到最尾教擠花好在都把握到機會問阿sir....但呢個蛋糕也太難吧~~

呢個係阿sir 整左一半既蛋糕~~

結果成堂由7-9:30~~overrun到差不多10點都未完~~我就拿拿臨攪掂走先~~老公等緊我同佢慶祝啊~~呢個生日蛋糕雖然唔算最靚不過都真係整左好耐架啦~~最慘係有老公至唔愛既杏霜味~~~~

切開左係咁既~~佢既食譜無落化學野~~不過我覺得style 唔係咁適合我~~同埋價錢都唔平架~~
